Common Download Problem

1) What if you don't have Microsoft Word on your PC?
From April 2005 we'll also publish the newsletters in an Acrobat PDF format.
You can download Adobe Acrobat reader software for free from Abobe's website by clicking on this link:

2) You want to save the news document to your PC
Your PC tries to load the document into Word or suchlike & you do not get the option to save the Doc file.

To force your browser to save the Doc to your PC's hard disc do the following:

In Internet Explorer
a) Right Click the 'download now' link.
b) Select the 'Save Target As' option
c) Save file on your PC.
